Tegria at MUSE Inspire 2025: Advancing Compliance and Financial Performance in Healthcare

At the 2025 MUSE Inspire Conference in Dallas, we had the opportunity to connect with healthcare leaders and share strategies for tackling two of today’s most pressing challenges: regulatory compliance and financial performance. Through our educational sessions, we explored how healthcare organizations can become more adaptive, efficient, and outcomes-focused—no matter how complex the landscape becomes.
Strengthening Regulatory Compliance and High Reliability
In Tegria’s first session, “Achieving Regulatory Compliance and High Reliability at White River Health,” Sandy Ebert, Senior Advisory Application Analyst, joined Ashley Hall from White River Health to present a collaborative approach to regulatory readiness. Together, we shared how White River developed a structured framework to meet shifting regulatory demands while fostering high reliability and maintaining operational efficiency.

Elevating Financial Performance Through Data-Driven Insights
In “Re-Thinking Productivity: Elevating Financial Performance Through Data-Driven Insights,” Erika Running, Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management, walked attendees through the limitations of traditional productivity metrics and introduced a new, outcomes-focused approach. By using data already available in MEDITECH, we showed how healthcare organizations can build financial scorecards that help drive strategic decisions and long-term revenue cycle improvements.

Our presentation focused on using data within MEDITECH to go beyond traditional productivity metrics. We showed how building a financial scorecard rooted in KPIs and outcomes can help organizations make more strategic decisions and drive long-term revenue cycle improvements.
