Tegria Selected by CMS to Support ClaimsCore Modernization

Sept. 21, 2026 – Tegria has been selected by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) and technical implementation support for ClaimsCore, the agency’s initiative to modernize legacy Medicare fee-for-service claims processing.

Under the contract, Tegria will deliver integrated, vendor-neutral, evidence-based program management and implementation support. The Tegria team will coordinate across CMS components and system owners to advance proof-of-concept execution, dual-run claims validation, and implementation readiness.
