An effective Senior Professional Services Administrator will help the organization on a whole
achieve success through:

Technical:

  • Creating and maintaining a highly available, highly secure, application design
  • Participating in vendor escalations and occasional vendor management activities
  • Coordinating the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
  • Managing and executing the successful implementation of larger projects
  • Performing administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, queues, licenses, capacity
  • Helping define and implement best use cases of the application as we build platform functionality
  • Defining and implementing new processes into the application
  • Expanding system use and features adoption throughout the organization
  • Completing regular internal system audits and preparing for upgrades and new releases
  • Managing integrations of multiple instances of the application
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards, workflows
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure all data is accurate, complete, and easily accessible
  • Interacting with end users and stakeholders to provide high level support
  • Participating in QA activities
  • Maintaining documentation and providing cross-functional training
  • Identifying the need for, and coordinating with L&D to, train users

Continuous Improvement:

  • Leading system workflow evaluation sessions with key stakeholders to identify current
    business process challenges
  • Evaluating and implementing application features and add-ons to address business challenges

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Operating independently; managing and tracking your own work progression
  • Providing guidance to less experienced members of the team, as needed
  • Contributing to team and organizational objectives

What we're looking for

We expect:

  • 6+ years’ experience working in information services, to include 4+ years working with one or more of the following: Salesforce, Bullhorn, and Kimble (or other PSA software)
  • Proven ability to implement new processes and facilitate user adoption, training, and support
  • A demonstrated ability to understand, break down and articulate complex concepts with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, set clear expectations and work well cross functionally with peers and leadership
  • Comfortable building prototypes and communicating directly with engineers and business stakeholders on the technical constraints of various approaches.
  • Understanding of agile development and iteration
  • Ability to stay current with application releases and corresponding documentation
  • Functional knowledge of the application’s data structure and understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
  • Demonstrated history of taking a methodical approach and keeping work well organized
  • Able to work successfully with minimal supervision and wide latitude for independent judgement
  • Experience mentoring less experienced team members

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related degree
  • 4+ years’ experience in a professional services or managed services organization
