Community Technologies Operations Support

  • Track and maintain verified revenue forecast data, deployment recognized revenue spreads and month-end actuals.
  • Serving as a key contact for accounts receivables and invoicing data, and ensuring FP&A is notified of updates.
  • Create and provide quarterly change request billing file to FP&A
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and move to revenue forecast monthly when contracted
  • Conduct annual audits to reconcile actual to contracted expenses by client to identify gaps in cost recovery.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of client level implementation project expenses to actuals
  • Convert monthly fixed cost expenses to client unit metrics and maintain tracking and integrity of data for quarterly reviews
  • Track and maintain third-party and other vendor expenses at the client level monthly for quarterly reviews
  • Maintain a process for providing updated 3rd party regulatory requirements to program clients
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of operations processes
  • Maintaining the integrity of data and documents in multiple platforms including Salesforce , Kimble and during the transition to new applications.
  • Leading Salesforce governance and managing access processes.
  • Supporting the Salesforce change request end to end process.
  • Ensuring accurate fee schedules within contracts, documents and the program cost model.
  • Supporting business development by reviewing and assisting with fee schedule and subsidy data for cost proposal content.
  • Completing ongoing and month-end processes including invoice coding, month-end coding and reporting
  • Developing and maintaining reports in multiple platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft Power BI
  • Tracking subsidy end dates and ensure notification to clients and region leaders
  • Tracking contract renewal dates and ensure notification to the contracting team and support data for renewal completion
  • Partnering with Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Accounting and Contracting to ensure data integrity and process end-end throughput, managing and triaging incoming work based on defined workflows
  • Applying sound business judgment and offering best practice guidance to stakeholders in a deadline-oriented environment that is compliant with internal policies and procedures
  • Assisting with compliance and audit requirements and working with other departments to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Packaging data needed for contract renewals and semi-annual review processes

  • Developing deep and broad understanding of business objectives and goals
  • Discovering opportunities for employee experience improvement by identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and risks in current processes
  • Optimizing business performance by implementing improvements to our end-to-end service delivery workflows, processes, policies, and technologies
  • Creating and maintaining business performance-related documentation such as policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Maintaining the heartbeat of Tegria by contributing to, and improving, our rhythm of business (meetings, report-outs, audits, etc.)


Team Involvement

  • Managing process documentation, template, and tool storage on SharePoint, OneNote, and Microsoft Teams
  • Attending and actively participating in team meetings and 1-1s with your leadership team

What we're looking for

We expect:

  • 4+ years of experience in a professional setting to include 2+ years specifically in a Contracts, Legal or Operations function
  • The ability to combine kindness, quality, and service into the alchemy that provides our internal customers with a world class operational experience
  • A high level of attention-to-detail, process-driven skills
  • Ability to set priorities and maintain composure under stress
  • Exceptional organizational skills – able to keep multiple balls in the air with ease
  • Strong communication skills – ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience operating in a consulting or professional services organization, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to identify, research, and resolve problems as well as follow through on assignments with minimum direction
  • Able to work successfully with moderate supervision and latitude for independent judgement

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Healthcare IT and/or operations experience
