Strategy and Vision
- Assisting executives in defining organizational goals and strategic plans related to Tegria’s Talent Acquisition and Resource Management functions
- Overseeing the strategic direction of the Talent Acquisition and Resource Utilization Management team based on company goals and objectives
- Designing results-oriented sourcing and recruitment strategies that yield and retain top talent
- Developing and executing team-related strategy, including role planning, team member growth, hiring, budgeting, and succession planning
Operational Leadership
- Directing the work of the Talent Acquisition and Resource Management teams including allocating resources, budget, and personnel
- Directing recruitment and pipeline management to ensure that current and projected workforce aligns with market opportunities
- Collaborating in and supporting the design, development and monitoring of Tegria internal tools and processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and support diversity in hiring
- Overseeing workload balancing and contingency planning for the department
- Overseeing recruitment and placement to ensure Tegria processes provide an industry leading experience to both consultants and clients
- Overseeing the creation of talent development and recruiting infrastructure to support standard processes and strategic recruiting
- Collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Talent Utilization leaders to ensure best practice utilization and resource assignments
- Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data
People Management and Workforce Development
- Delegating tasks and projects to assigned team members that advance the work of Talent Acquisition and support Tegria’s organizational and client needs
- Communicating and supporting company-wide initiatives and strategy to ensure the Talent Acquisition and Resource Management teams understand how their work contributes to the success of the organization
- Championing teamwork through collaboration, training, facilitating, and recognition
- Knowing, understanding, and incorporating our mission, vision, and values in behavior, practices, and decisions
- Leading professional development and career growth initiatives
- Coordinating assignments and related feedback for assigned staff
- Completing performance reviews, documenting corrective actions plans when necessary, and providing regular feedback to team members
- Leading workforce retention efforts to ensure a balanced and effective approach that attracts and retains the best talent
- Hiring, retaining, and enabling development through training and coaching

What we're looking for
We expect:
- 12+ years’ experience working in professional services firms with a focus on talent acquisition and recruiting, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Extensive business knowledge with comprehensive understanding of the professional services industry, healthcare and Talent Acquisition function
- Prior success in a leadership position where you manage and mentored Talent Acquisition professionals
- Advanced leadership skills and the ability to develop and grow team members
- Action-oriented, self-directed, team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- An understanding of the client and/or candidate sides of the placement process
- Demonstrated experience working with and effectively leveraging contemporary industry social networking and applicant tracking tools (Bullhorn, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience working with third party sourcing/recruiting agencies, understanding contracts, terms etc.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to know the appropriate level of detail to communicate depending on the audience
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with peers
- Ability to see the big picture and connect interrelated components together
- Ability to multitask and follow through on projects through the full life cycle process
- Proficiency with Microsoft products
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix-management model
We'd love to see:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with healthcare technology, operational process improvement, and managed services
