Engagement Leadership

  • Serving in a lead capacity and providing consulting as it relates to governance, technology systems, workflows, and care models.
  • Providing professional, effective, and consistent delivery of consulting services on all assigned engagements
  • Working independently or as part of a project team on a client engagement, either full-time on a single customer engagement or part-time across customers
  • Managing engagement/client communications, expectation management, time and appropriate status reporting, effective written and verbal communications, and strong facilitation skills, proactively
  • Applying appropriate tools and methods as needed including, but not limited to, use of status reporting, standards, tools, metrics, expectation management, and quality assurance methods
  • Managing your own time and project deployment/utilization effectively
  • Collaborating on project activities and deliverables with fellow Tegria team members


Internal Team Support

  • Leveraging your specialized skill set to serve as a thought leader on the team
  • Mentoring less experienced team members


Sales and Business Development

  • Supporting sales and business development by ensuring quality delivery on assigned engagements
  • Reporting potential engagement expansion opportunities identified while working on assigned engagements
  • Developing materials to support sales efforts, as needed
  • Understands financials related to project and team management



  • Operating independently without guidance or oversight; monitoring your own work progression

What we're looking for

We expect:

  • Clinical Workforce and Care Model Redesign Experience
  • Ability to lead and facilitate care redesign or innovation
  • Project Management experience
  • Change Management experience
  • Ambulatory Nurse Leader or Epic Ambulatory Implementation Leader with 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, equivalent role-focused certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 8+ years’ experience in some or all the following. Needs of the team at time of hire will determine which area(s) below will be emphasized.
    • Healthcare IT and/or healthcare technical solutions
    • Healthcare operations or administration
    • Change management
    • Organizational transformation
    • Serving in the consulting or professional services industry
    • Instructional design
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to work successfully without supervision, with extensive latitude for independent judgement
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert within your field or focus area
  • Demonstrated success in project/engagement management
  • Proficiency in using Office Productivity and Collaboration Tools (e.g., O365)

  • Certification or licensure to support some or all of the following:
    • Healthcare IT and/or healthcare technical solutions
    • Healthcare operations or administration
    • Change management
    • Organizational transformation
